ZEN – The Third Order
Welcome to the Zen Order of Switzerland. It is no small thing for a man to become a Monk. A man does not become a Monk to eat and dress well. Rather, he wants to be free from life and death by accomplishing the Truth.
The Logos - Multi sunt vocati, pauci eliguntur.
Many are called a few are chosen. Our family tradition is simple to find the 'Church in one's mind and God in one's Self; a traditional teaching of self-cultivation; long forgotten by many in the East and long lost in the West. (Zen Master Hye Am)
To accomplish the Truth, one has to discover his own Mind, which is already within his own body. To discover Mind, one should understand that his body is no more than a dead corpse and this world is, for good or bad. Nothing but a dream from which you should wake up as soon as possible. Man's death is like popping out in the evening of the same day that you have popped in. Just examine and carefully observe your mind at all times. What does this which is now seeing, hearing and thinking look like? Does this have any form or not? (Zen Master Kyung-Ho)
